Quarrix double barrel roof tile can be installed on existing homes and buildings without needing structural roof modifications that other materials may require. Each synthetic tile is lightweight, fast and easy to install weighing only 3.38 lbs. Each piece interlocks, is pre-drilled and features easy-to-read alignment marks. This composite roofing material can be cut, drilled and fastened with standard tile roofing tools and does not contain silica or lead.
Quarrix offers a comprehensive roof system designed to enhance durability, aesthetics, and performance in tile roof installations. Starter Tiles are ideal for hip installations, beginning at the eave and continuing up the rake using Hip/Ridge/Rake Tile for a cohesive look that keeps the traditional tile aesthetic. They can be custom-cut at intersections for a clean, traditional appearance. Lower Metal Eave Closures and Upper Metal Eave Closures are made of Kynar-coated G90 galvanized steel, pressure-fit into the ends of field tiles at the eave to eliminate visible gaps while allowing trapped moisture to escape through weep holes. Quarrix Universal Tile Flashing is a fully adhered, rollable aluminum flashing with a butyl backing, offering a weather-tight seal around chimneys, skylights, ridges, and other complex roof intersections. It conforms easily to irregular shapes without special tools and is compatible with multiple roofing materials on slopes from 3/12 to 20/12.
To support ventilation and water drainage, the Quarrix Universal Tile Ridge Vent combines ridge venting with weather blocking in a rollable form made of UV-resistant aluminum and butyl adhesive backing. It promotes attic airflow to support a cool roof system. The DryRoof Batten elevates tiles from the roof deck, enabling water drainage and ventilation while resisting rot, mold, and warping and is ideal for synthetic, composite, concrete, or clay tile systems. Lastly, Quarrix Tile Roofing Screws are corrosion-resistant fasteners with a high-low thread and spade-point for strong, easy attachment to wood, steel, or composite decks. These screws meet SAE J78 standards and are available in boxes of 100 or pails 1,200.

- Fills gaps at eave edges and allow moisture drainage and is made from Kynar-coated G90 galvanized steel. Pressure-fit into field tiles to eliminate visible gap and includes weep holes to release trapped moisture.
- Universal Tile Flashing
- Provides a weather-tight seal at roof transitions and penetrations. Fully adhered, rollable aluminum with butyl backing conforms to complex shapes without special tools. Used around chimneys, skylights, ridges, and more; fits roof pitches from 3/12 to 20/12.
- Universal Tile Ridge Vent
- Ensures proper attic ventilation and weather protection. Combines ridge venting and weather blocking in a rollable format. Made from UV-resistant aluminum with peel-and-stick butyl adhesive and supports cool roof systems.
- DryRoof Batten
- Elevates tiles for ventilation and water drainage. Made of HDPE plastic, resistant to rot, mold, and warping. Allows air and moisture to flow beneath tiles and is ideal for synthetic, composite, concrete, and clay tile systems.
- Tile Roofing Screws
- Secures roof tiles to various decking materials. Heavy-duty and corrosion-resistant with high-low threads and spade-point for fast, secure attachment. Compatible with wood, steel, and composite; available in boxes of 100 or pails of 1,200. Meets SAE J78 standards.
